ACBA - They're baaaaaaack - Amaya and Popper return to the ACBA
 Two original ACBA Coaches have returned to the ACBA again. Brandon Popper takes over the high powered and 4th ranked Oregon Ducks. Oregon has been a power since the inception of the ACBA and only time will tell if the addition of Popper will take the Ducks to the next level. ACBA - South Carolina SG is #1 recruit in the land
With the advent of a new recruiting season in the ACBA comes the dreams of landing that
#1 recruit. Also, the dreams of high schoolers all across the
land to be that #1 recruit and get to choose where and who you
want to play for! This year's initial #1 recruit is a 6'5" 204
pound SG from the little old town of Honea Path Scouth Carolina.
Kris Thurman dominated in high school and he looks to have the

ABA - Rockets best Hustlers
Mauro Michel scored 31 points and Spencer Haywood added 18, helping Denver cruise to a 105-102 victory over the Baltimore Hustlers as the Rockets hope to start a winning streak.
"We're rolling," Rockets Guard Devan Webb said. "This builds confidence, We've got a good balance of guys who've been there before. We're trying to just keep this train rolling - just keep winning games however they come."
Shooting 61.4 percent from the floor, Denver was 8 for 17 from 3 point range, 19 of 23 at the line, and dressed up the perfromance with some spectacular dunks.

ABA All Star weekend - The Dr and the East rule
All Star weeken din the ABA and the Slam Dunk champ saw a familiar face in Dr J take home the honors as he edged out the high flying Darius Jessup 64-63 in the final round. Jessup had a record breaking first round as he put up 75 points while the Iceman george Gervin had 64 and David Thompson had a disappointing 54 after attempting the blind double pimp dunk which failed miserably.

ABA - Bullets are 39-1 and can not be stopped
The ABA Washington Bullets are completely dismanteling the rest of the league. The Bullets are in the midst of a 25 game winning streak with a 21-0 home record. Their lone loss you may ask? To the St Louis Spirits who managed to hold the Bullets to under 90 points - a rare feat. 2 years ago the Bullets swept through to the championship. Last year they were upset in the 2nd round and this year they appear headed to a record breaking season. They have never lost to the Nets, Muskies, Bucs, Spurs or Stars in their exeistence.
