ACBA Week 7 - #4 Ducks and #2Wildcats square off / Buckeyes SHOCK the #3Spartans

Posted By: asaintsfan

Is Oregon for real? Well, this week they got to show the rest of the world just how good they were as the first showdown with #2 Arizona went down. The Wildcats are the sexy pick to make it to the finals this year but Oregon is a tough squad. The game started with the Wildcats establishing the inside game and that led to a big halftime lead. But the Ducks are for real ladies and gentleman and the second half proved it as they mounted a comeback behind a couple of underclassman that left the Wildcats winded and wondering how the #4 Ducks pulled it off! ABA Draft has a couple of surprise picks

With the blossoming of Center Aygar, Connie Hawkins became expendable and the missing link was a PG that could run the show. Thurston getting long in the tooth will have to play the 2 for a while and the Pacers think they have another 60 win season on the horizon. The Muskies chose S...read more.

ACBA week 4 - Gators and Cardinals meet again

Posted By: asaintsfan

The defending ACBA Champion Louisville Cardinals have two losses this year - both to FLorida. Early in the season they lost in the NIT tourney and then now in the regular season the Cards drop another one to the #1 Gators. Much like Kentucky last year who couldnt beat LVille - the shoe is on the other foot this year as the Gators have the Cards' number. The LVille squad came to play as they outhustled nd outplayed the Gators in the first half but they just didnt have the juice to keep up with the Gators' run n gun offense in the second half falling a couple of points shy of the win. The top 25 sees the Gators atop at #1 while Oregon and Arizona are close b...read more.
