The Cardinals and WIldcats got together again for the right to claim the ACBA's third National Championship. The Cardinals had been the team all year long but the Wildcats just hung around all year long quietly disposing of the western foes. Both were the last #1 seeds left in the tourney and both were sporting high pwoered offenses. This one would not disappoint as Arizona senior Xavier Asbury and Cardinal senior Stephan Riley both put on a show that wont soon be forgotten. The ACBA Championship has a rematch of its firt championship as the Louisville Cardinals and the Arizona Wildcats will play each other again for all the marbles. It has been a long road to get here but the final matchups were blowouts and now history will be made. The Cardinals are in there third title game in as many years - can you say DYNASTY? The Wildcats are in there 2nd title game in three years - they need to win this year soldify themselves as a dynasty. 
The Final 4 is set and we have some surprises and 2 #1 seeds left in the TOurney. Kent State continues its magical run and now they head to a final 4 showdown. The flashes had a great year and the final 4 is a culmination to the great run. Louisville continues to live up to the hype as they steam into the final 4. Memphis put together a nice run at the end and are now primed for a big final 4 game against the Cardinals and out west - Arizona holds up there end of the bracket as they had for a showdown against cinderella Kent State.
A wacky wacky ACBA Tourny!! If I told you that 2 #1 seeds would not make it to the sweet sixteen and that a 12 and a 13 seed would battle for a trip to the sweet sixteen and that a team from Chicago with a Tech in their name would pull off their biggest win in that school's history or that the Texas Longhorns would be dancing till midnight - you would call me a crazy fool. Well I'm here to tell you that this tournament has taken a whole different turn.
